The Muskogee County Sheriff's Office publishes an in-custody inmate search, not a 72-hour release list. The official page has no three-day toggle, recent-release archive, stated refresh schedule, or retention period. It can establish whether someone is currently shown in the jail. It cannot identify every person whose custody episode ended during the three prior days.
A three-day check must be built from existing release records for an exact interval. This is different from combining several screenshots of the live roster. A person can leave the display because of release, transfer, correction, or an update in progress. New bookings can also change the list without saying anything about older releases. The roster's database schema contains a ReleaseDate field, yet current public rows leave it empty. That technical field is not a released-person feed.

Build a Muskogee County 72-Hour List
MCSO Records is the proper county source for the completed custody events. Write down the beginning and ending dates, exact clock times, and Central Time. A weekend inquiry might run from Friday afternoon through Monday afternoon, but the requester should choose the interval that answers the actual question. A release code does not prove that every hold ended. Bond can leave the case active. Time served may coexist with another case. A transfer ends one agency's custody episode and continues another. Its demand-response option requires advance booking. The transit source does not label a jail stop. A family member should call MCSO before traveling and ask where an authorized release will be processed, without assuming that the sheriff administration address is the exit point.
The Muskogee County Transit ride guide states the provider's service and reservation rules. Fixed city routes run Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a $2 boarding fare. Demand response is weekday curb-to-curb service, costs $4, and requires three days' advance reservation. Those facts make an unplanned evening or weekend discharge different from a scheduled weekday event.

Confirm Muskogee County Release Events
Oklahoma VINE is the fastest cross-check for one known person in participating county or state custody. Select Oklahoma, search the name or identifier offered by the live form, open the correct match, and read the reporting agency, facility, event text, and date. A release or out-of-custody event is useful, but VINE can lag and does not certify the exact release reason. A transfer notice means the receiving agency should be checked next.
For a person who entered an Oklahoma felony sentence, search the ODOC offender system. That is the correct route for releases from Jess Dunn Correctional Center or Dr. Eddie Warrior Correctional Center. A short county booking that ended in bond may never appear there. State status, institution or supervision location, offense, and dates must be read together. Being out of an institution while on parole or probation is not a full sentence discharge.
The correct source changes with sovereignty. A Lighthorse hold can require the Muscogee Nation custodian or court. A federal pretrial person calls for the Eastern District docket and USMS or actual jail custodian. A sentenced federal person belongs in the BOP locator. An ICE handoff calls for the ICE detainee locator. No single 72-hour search covers all of these paths.

Muskogee County Release Data Quirks
MCSO says the inmate page may be updating and warns that a missing person may have been released or transferred. Those are three different explanations for one blank search. The page can display a photograph, name, booking date, inmate ID, and charges while someone remains listed. Once that current record disappears, the same interface offers no public historic entry for comparison.
Preserve the booking number or case number when it is already known. Those identifiers make later records, VINE, and court checks more accurate. Do not collect current roster snapshots and call the result a release log. It would omit changes between captures and could misclassify transfers or corrections. The county record is the source for actual local release time, reason, and destination.
