Search Entries
A name, location, or other query entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its processing of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or contact-form message, we retain the message and contact details as needed to reply. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement calls for disclosure.
Automatic Technical Data
Ordinary server, analytics, and browser processes may collect technical information when a page loads. That information can include:
- The visitor's Internet Protocol address.
- The browser name and version.
- The device class and operating system.
- Pages viewed and time spent on them.
- The referring website, when available.

Privacy Beyond This Site
Links lead to Muskogee County release records, sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, and outside search tools. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination's privacy policy controls. Oklahoma public-record access may also be subject to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 O.S. ยงยง24A.1 et seq., and applicable exemptions.
Some advertising providers may measure activity across different websites to select ads. That tracking occurs through the provider's systems and is governed by its own disclosures.

We do not sell personal information. Data may reach a limited set of parties:
- Search partners that process submitted queries.
- Analytics services that measure site activity.
- Advertising networks that deliver and measure ads.

The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may contact us to request deletion.

Depending on applicable law and the information held, a visitor may ask us to:

- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information when permitted.
- Opt out of processing when an applicable right allows it.
Requests may be sent through the Contact Us page. A search partner controls data submitted directly to its tool, so requests about that data should go to the partner.
